Only one dog is in the salon at a time. From the moment yours arrives to the moment they leave, they have my full attention with no other dogs around. No queueing, no barking neighbours, no rushing on to the next one.
Cage and hot box drying is industry standard at big chain salons because it lets the groomer move on to the next dog. It also raises the dog's core temperature, can cause significant stress, and has been linked to deaths in flat faced breeds. I hand dry every dog at a temperature they tolerate, however long it takes.

Usually 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on coat, condition, and how your dog is feeling. I do not run to a stopwatch. If yours needs more time, they get it at the same price.
Most clients drop off and come back. Some sit in for the first visit so their dog feels reassured. Either is fine, whatever works.
I will tell you up front whether the matting can be safely brushed out or whether it needs a shave down on welfare grounds. Brushing severely matted coats is painful and I will not do it. Shave downs are charged at the standard service rate plus a small dematting time fee.

Yes, and I love them. The Puppy Pamper service is built specifically for puppies under six months. The aim is not a perfect groom, it is a positive first experience.
Not currently. Wolfpack is a dedicated salon on Wroxham Way, so dogs come to me. Plenty of free parking on the road.
